Are you Okay?
Are you ok? A three-word question is difficult to answer. A simple answer to this question can change or make a difference in other persons’ attitudes. If the answer is yes, I am okay. Are you really okay? Or are you pretending to be okay just for the sake of the satisfaction of the other? Are you really okay or are you just used to pretend to be okay and want just to move on with the question, without telling another person that you are actually not okay. The answer “YES” to this question makes both the parties in question move on and let it go. They might move on just because the answer is positive, rather than going deep into it. If your answer is NO, then why are you not okay like everyone else. Are you ok with all the questions that will be bombarded on you, because of such a negative answer? Are you really not ok or are you pretending to be not okay just to gain some attention from the loved ones, since you hated to be alone? And now since the opportunity has arisen, you want to make most of it and never let go.
No matter what is your answer, but what matters the most is the intention of the person asking you. It always depended on the person who asks this question. If the person genuinely cares about you, would definitely ask you more than just are you okay. They would be interested in knowing you more, understanding you more.
Thus, answer vaguely but question it considerably.
